Surface Carving - Il Baciarino

I spent some of my winter holidays playing with clay! I have been experimenting with various motifs and textures, so I tried my hand at using those motifs and textures in clay. echoing some of my explorations in wax I particularily enjoyed carving into the surface to create depth and designs. Here are the results.
