The bestie of my 13 year old self convinced me to do a modelling gig with her. With my stomach in my mouth, I deer-in-the-headlights’d it across the stage. I made it to the other side, much to my friend’s satisfaction, and my surprise. I’ve never looked back. Being a 6 foot tall woman has certain advantages! 2023 Regalia Revisited
Last year, we had so much fun creating photos and videos for my mom’s art show, that we revisited the idea, including Emily Hampton this time!
2022 Regalia
Regalia was a show that artist Chandra Rice (my mom) did of work. I was a character actor for both a series of still shoots and a set of videos.
2019 Raucous Joy
Raucous Joy was the culminating show that my mom, Chandra Rice, did after a year of developing a body of work. I was asked to interact with and wear some of the work that was created. The photos that she took were included as part of the resulting exhibitions.
Supercrawl with BlackBird Studios
It was love at first sight for me with Blackbird Studios. Edgy vintage locally designed and made dresses - what more could you want! When I was asked to model for them, I was incredibly flattered and thrilled. I’ve enjoyed watching (and wearing) their style as it developed.
